I love love love avocados! We just can’t keep them in stock at home. It’s a great way to get your daily dose of good fat. They are filled with omega 3 fatty acids and natural vitamin E. Brain food!! Did you know that avocados also contain 20 vitamins and minerals, including a quarter of your daily vitamin C and it contains more potassium than a banana? There are so many benefits to eating avocados!

Avocados help reduce cholesterol, absorb other nutrients and they are full of fiber. The list goes on.

We love to make a simple fresh guacamole by adding sea salt, granulated garlic, pepper and cumin to taste. What is your favorite way to eat avocados?
